Getting Started
Getting started is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Us
Call (610) 649-5829 to discuss your tutoring needs or fill out our Contact Form. If you're in a hurry, skip this step and fill out the Student Intake Form.
Step 2: Complete Student Intake Form
Please fill out our Student Intake Form. The information you provide us will be kept confidential and will enable us to customize our tutoring and accommodate your schedule.
Step 3: Sign Terms of Engagement
Print, sign, and fax or scan and email the Terms of Engagement. Our office needs to receive it at least two days before the first session. Our fax number is (484) 334-8089.
Step 4: Payment
Call us with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express number at least two days before the first tutoring session. If you prefer, you can fax the Authorization Form to (484) 334-8089.
All credit card information will be kept secure and confidential. Our office will charge your credit card every other Sunday for sessions held during the previous two weeks. As soon as your credit card is charged you will receive a notification by email. Approximately, two days later we will email you a receipt. Please click on the link to see the session notes and dates.
You are not committed to a set number of sessions and are free to stop tutoring at any time as long as you give 24 hours' notice.
Step 5: Like Us!
One of our goals is to provide relevant, helpful and varied information pertaining to your child’s educational advancement. One of the ways we disseminate this information is through Facebook. In addition to writing our own articles on these important topics, we also scour the web for content that is valuable to our clients. It is our mission to enhance our clients’ tutoring and counseling experience as much as possible, and Facebook is an excellent tool with which to do so.
